- The average current lead time is 3 working days for courier orders sent viaHermes
- Next working day for DPD, this would be following our packing of the items
- Royal Mail deliveries are sent 2nd class – delivery normally 3 days uk mainland can be up to 14 days,
- Highlands, Islands or remote destinations will be slightly longer

Order weight up to > 500g -Royal Mail 2nd class post rates
Order weight from 500g to >10kg – Hermes rates
Order weight from 10kg to 20kg – DPD standard rates.
- Deliveries to some outer regions of Scotland, the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland (Postcode BT) will be subject to a surcharge imposed by the courier. Please see below for details.
- Postcodes classed as Highlands & Islands include (but not limited to) : AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV1-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH4-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, ZE.
